In today's time together we begin to share more in depth teachings on the topic of "How to See in the Spirit." I began to teach this topic during a seven year assignment I was given during my church planting years-beginning in 1990, in the month of September. During this time of serving in church planting, the Holy Spirit would give me visions in different areas of my assignment. The places I would have visions was in the geographical area I was working in a particular city or state, for people one on one, during times of corporate worship, and mostly-during my private time of communion and prayer.
During that time, I did not know there was a name of a gift for the visions. At the same time, I did not know anyone who experienced visions. Let me say, the reason I did not know others who experienced is because I thought this means of hearing God's voice was normal to common believers, so I never asked or spoke what I was experiencing. I did, however, find myself searching deep in the Word of God for people who experienced what I was and studied their lives. After seven years of study in God's Word I came to an end of serving in local church planting during that time in my life and began to write a book in the year of 1997. I wrote for no other reason other than to journal my thoughts, my revelations, and other means God spoke to me in this means. I remember the night I stopped serving in church plants, Jesus appeared to me three times in a vision, dressed as a Garden Keeper that watered the trees planted by the rivers.

It was from my journaling, I wrote the book, "Steal Away! Seeing Jesus in the Secret Place." I was in the lunch room at work, and the person I was sitting with began to tell me about his new computer he was going to purchase. So, I asked him if he had a copy of Microsoft Word or how I could get one. He said he had a copy and he would give me one. I was elated! However, the year and make of the copy would be Microsoft Word 2000. I still have that software today that I use to write books, along with my first e-machine, with Windows '98.
So, I want to share that teaching with you and you can read along in the book with me.
